Patent Litigation Europe 2026

Taking place 19 - 21 January 2026 at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, the newly rebranded Patent Litigation Europe Summit brings together the full spectrum of Europe’s patent litigation community. Formerly focused exclusively on life sciences, the summit now features two concurrent tracks, Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation and the brand-new Tech & Innovation Patent Litigation, reflecting the increasingly interconnected nature of today’s global IP disputes.

The summit begins with the cross-sector UPC Litigation Forum, providing critical updates on claim construction, doctrine of equivalents, injunction trends and procedural developments directly from UPC judges and senior litigators. With over 1,000 cases now filed at the UPC, these insights are essential for rights holders and litigators shaping pan-European enforcement strategies.
